Whitstable Community Church

Newfrontiers
Sphere: Relational Mission
Congregation: 50 adults (25 under 18)

At Whitstable Community Church you'll find a bunch of normal people who have encountered the extraordinary love of Jesus and had their lives changed.

For us, church is not a building or a meeting we go to once a week, it is the family of God, following Jesus, doing life together, in all its ups and downs and seeking to share the good news of Jesus and the abundant life he offers, with the world around us. We'd love to welcome you some time and get to know you.

Outreach, Activities & Ministries

Local Outreach & Community Activities
We run a parents and toddlers group called Playmates and a seasonal After School Club. We also support a number of churches together community projects including CAP, The Haven Project & The Coastal Family Hub.
Other Activities & Ministries
We run small groups, which we see as the beating heart of our church community. Our small groups meet every couple of weeks and are typically made up of between 8-12 people. They're one of the primary places we grow in our relationships with one another and Jesus. They are also a key way in which we support and care for one another through life's ups and downs.

We also run a monthly worship and prayer space we call 'Deeper', which provides an opportunity to grow in learning to listen to the voice of the Holy Spirit and respond to what He is saying.

Youth & Young People

Under 18s
0-18
We run groups on a Sunday morning for children and young people and have monthly 'all in' services where we worship as a whole church family together.
